For over 15 years, I’ve helped marketers drive real behaviour change by understanding how consumers think, feel, and act. Working with leading global brands, I saw a major challenge—marketers want to be customer-led, but many struggle to turn behavioural insights into rapid, effective execution.
That’s why my co-founder, Sara, and I created Flowing Bee—a platform that makes behavioural science faster, smarter, and more accessible for every marketer.

Co-founder and CEO
Michael is a behavioural scientist with a PhD in organisational psychology and over a decade's experience driving behaviour change for ASX50 and Fortune 500 companies

Sara Khorasani
Co-founder and CTO
Sara is a simulation engineer with 12 years of experience in Formula 1 and startups. She is currently completing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Melbourne

Joe Schmetzer
Principal Engineer
Joe is a developer with over 30 years of experience. He has worked as a software engineer in many different industry sectors, including insurance, banking, hedge funds, retail, cyber defence, and now marketing. He has long background in using XP practices to build critical systems with speed and safety.
