Flowing Bee is delighted to announce the appointment of Jess McCartney as its new Chief Commercial & Product Officer.
Jess is a transformational leader with over 20 years’ experience applying behavioural science, data, and technology to drive measurable commercial growth. She has consistently built high-performing, engaged teams across operations, marketing, and capability development — and brings a rare ability to blend commercial acumen, creative thinking, and deep empathy for both teams and customers.
